According to multiple reports, Lady Gaga will headline this season's Super Bowl. The upcoming performance follows Gaga's stellar National Anthem from Super Bowl 50 earlier this year.

The National Football League has not yet confirmed the news, offering this statement: "We have had conversations with several fantastic artists about the Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show. However, at this point we do not have a final decision. We're happy there is so much excitement about the show."

Earlier this month, Gaga revealed that her new album, Joanne, would be released on Oct. 21. She will unveil the music video for her latest single, "Perfect Illusion," this week during the premiere of Scream Queens on Fox.
