Kane Brown will release a new song called "Lose It" on Thursday (June 7). The "Heaven" singer has been teasing fans, sharing little hints and a sample of the song on social media.

"Who’s ready?! Tag a friend!!!" he writes with a short video clip, in which he walks through a path of trees. "Lose It" plays in the background and the distinct urban influence and slick production of the track seems to hint at a new musical direction.

"Let's lose it," Brown sings at the end.

"Lose It" isn't the only new song he's been sharing with fans. In another Instagram post, Brown included a longer clip of a song he wrote called "Work." The stripped-down ballad has him sharing advice he has received about marriage ahead of tying the knot with his fiancee, Katelyn Jae.

"They say don't go to bed angry / They say always kiss goodnight / Maybe there's something to it / I don't know but what if they're right / If we're gonna be forever / If it's gonna be just us / If we're gonna ride together / Turn two to one / Gotta make it work," he sings.

Brown released his self-titled debut album in 2016 with RCA Nashville after seeing success on his own covering iconic country songs on YouTube. His single off that album, "What Ifs" with Lauren Alaina, hit No. 1, and Brown set a record by becoming the first artist to sit in the top spot on five charts at the same time when Kane Brown was standing strong on the Top Country Albums chart and "What Ifs" commanded the Country Digital Song Sales, Country Airplay, Hot Country Songs and Country Streaming Songs charts in 2017.
