Dress the kids in Halloween costumes and go to sorority row they said. It'll be fun they said...

My wife dressed our kids in 1950's era clothes for their Halloween costumes. The costumes were homemade and pretty darn cute. Randi's friend Katie sewed the poodle skirt for Charlie. Brody's leather boots were found at the thrift store for 2 dollars and the Dapper-Dan hair gel look came from some hair product in Randi's collection. Brody thought he looked 'Sharp". Charlie on the other hand wasn't as thrilled. Randi snapped a couple photos before they got busy collecting candy.

Easy, fun costumes. The funny part is that little kids, like Charlie's age of 7 months, may not necessarily love the idea of dressing up( note the look on Charlie's face). Randi said Charlie finally settled down and racked up on candy even though she can't eat it.

A Side Note: Randi also  told me that before they got started good, a small kid gnawing on a sucker approached the stroller and shoved the dripping sucker in Charlie's mouth...Yikes. The little kids mom said "aww she sharing her sucker...." My wife said the incident caused her to temporarily black out while standing up.  I got this text this morning:
