Sam Alex has worked for country stations across the nation and never misses his favorite acts when they come to town. He's been on red carpets for many different awards shows and interviewed some of your favorite celebrities, like Will Ferrell and Taylor Swift. Originally from Chicago, Sam now lives in Nashville, where he hosts the Taste of Country Nights radio show, a syndicated night show which airs on more than 75 stations nationwide. If you ever see him on lower Broadway, get him a pina colada and some BBQ chicken pizza
I have been in radio since I was 17 and in high school. It has become a part of me at this point and I hope to always have it in my life in some way. I was born in Maryland, raised in Virginia and Mississippi, spent a wild year in Louisiana after high school and have since decided Alabama is the place I want to be. I enjoying spending time with my son and family, getting together with friends to watch Alabama football and I never miss a Washington Redskins game
Hey! I'm Meg Summers, a DJ, foodie, pop culture fanatic, audiophile, and Little Lebowski Urban Achiever. I'm a new mom to a lovely little daughter and the proud owner of an insanely spoiled Black Labrador Retriever. I grew up in Alabama, went to college at Western Kentucky University, and moved back to Tuscaloosa in 2009. I've been a die-hard Alabama fan since birth and think there is nothing better than college football and Alabama Saturdays (Roll Tide, y'all!)
I came to Tuscaloosa with plans to finish college & maybe go to law school. The radio bug bit and I love it to this day. The Steve & DC Show started in Tuscaloosa & ended up syndicating nationwide out of St Louis. I made stops in New Orleans, Birmingham, & Huntsville along the way. Then I got the call to come home to Tuscaloosa! I'm single with a shi-tzu dog named Jerri Lee. I love Jesus, Bama football, & BBQ.
