David Bradley’s ‘Get A Hero Home’ is the Perfect Patriotic Salute
I first met singer David Bradley about five years ago when he was passing through Tuscaloosa and played the 95.3 The Bear studios.
About a year after our first meeting he sent me an mp3 of 'Get a Hero Home.' The song tells the tale of a group of truckers banning together through radio communications to get one our country's finest home safely.
I think this track is one of the most heart warming stories of men and women showing their appreciation for our men and women in uniform and I'd like to think it would totally come true if one of them was walking down I-59 right now in their camo.
