The station is owned by Townsquare Media Tuscaloosa and the Townsquare Director Of Elves, Ornaments, Carols, and Content, DC "Holly Jolly" Daniel, said "Ho, Ho, well, you know the rest. Santa gives us NO choice but to program, Brenda Lee, Bobby Helms, The Ronettes, and Wham! or he threatens to block all incoming messages from Tuscaloosa. We can't allow that to happen. However, I'm grateful to expose the fact that Santa can be a bit of a bully at times."

Tuscaloosa's official Christmas station, "St. Nick 97.5" is in its fifth year of bringing non-stop rockin' around the Christmas tree.
