Barber Gives ‘Old Man Haircuts’ To Kids Who Act Grown

Russell Frederick discovered a unique way to discipline children who misbehave and he's offering his solution to other parents for free who stop in to his barber shop in Georgia.

After his own son got in trouble, Frederick informed him that if he was going to 'act grown' he would make sure he 'looked grown' as well. “His grades skyrocketed and he got back on track,” he told a wsbtv reporter. So far three children have been delivered to Russell's barber shop chair.

Since the story ran Wednesday on Channel 2 Action News, Frederick has gotten several phone calls from people all over thanking him for doing a good job and realizing 'it takes a village'.
