I came across an article on Buzzfeed challenging readers to accept a 27-Day Butt & Thigh challenge which promised to help you complete 100 squats at the end.

Working in radio usually results in a tremendous amount of sitting and I thought participating would help each of us who work the morning shift to get up and get moving.

Day One required ten squats, Day Two meant fifteen and each subsequent day increased the number by five with a rest day every sixth.

We started on May 12th and are scheduled to complete our challenge on June 8th. I can't say I've seen a big difference in my butt or thighs (yet...), but I have seen a change in Just-A-Buck Justin. He walks in the door each morning asking what time are we going to do them and what challenge will we tackle next. He suggested 'burpees' but I think he's being a tad optimistic. We'll see.
