What Restaurant Do You Wish Was Still Open in Tuscaloosa?

I read a story about Maggie's Diner on Tuscaloosanews.com a while back. Unfortunately, I never had the chance to stop in and see Miss Maggie or taste the food everyone raved about before the doors closed this summer. I love a good place to eat. There is no doubt, that Tuscaloosa is home to many great restaurants but also home to the memories of some great places too.

I asked around the radio station and found there are several places folks would like to have seen stay open in Tuscaloosa. Some were open a log time ago some not so long ago.
