Developer Stan Pate broke news on the Steve Shannon Morning Show recently about his idea to bring a Regional Entertainment District & Sports Plex to the old McFarland Mall property. The first domino fell this morning when the old Chili’s building was demolished.

Pate wants a development that offers families and young people sports and entertainment options.
