The Crimson Tide gymnastics team came up short in the NCAA National Championship Semifinals Thursday afternoon. For the semifinals, there are six judges with the highest and lowest scores being dropped. The other four scores are then averaged.
Alabama gymnastics advances to the NCAA National Championship semifinals with a second place finish in the Seattle Regional Finals. The Tide scored a 198.175 which is the second highest score in program history. They had eight scores of 9.950 with seven different gymnasts scoring them. Lilly Hudson scored two 9.950s Saturday night. Alabama gets a couple weeks off from competition before traveling to Ft. Worth, TX for the Championship Semifinals on April 14.
After a wild week in college football where we saw smoke become fire, the Southeastern Conference officially issued a welcome to Oklahoma and Texas as new members. The leaders of the University of Alabama issued their own welcomes to the two schools into the conference.
Donations and money continues to flow into the station. After giving almost $2000 and 4000 pounds of goods, you obviously aren't done with Oklahoma yet. Right now, Oklahoma is in desperate need of work gloves, coolers, and pop-up tents.
