Missouri Gets Players Back After COVID Retesting
Alabama is set to take on the Missouri Tigers in its season opening game this Saturday at Faurot Field. Last week, first-year head coach of the Tigers, Eli Drinkwitz announced his team would be without 12 scholarship players due to COVID-19 protocols. After meeting with the media today, Drinkwitz clarified that after more testing the Tigers would only be without just seven players after several players were removed from the quarantine list.

While the excitement is growing, there are still concerns over coronavirus and its affects and whether it will prevent the season from taking place. TCU announced today that next week's game with SMU has been postponed due to positive tests in the TCU program.
