The No. 1 Alabama Crimson Tide is seeking its 19th national championship as the Tide is set to take on the No. 3 Georgia Bulldogs in Indianapolis. While the game is special for every player involved, for one Tuscaloosa-native the game will be especially meaningful.

The Alabama Crimson Tide (7-1, 4-1) enjoyed a 52-24 Homecoming victory over the Tennessee Vols (4-4, 2-3) in Bryant Denny Stadium on Saturday night. The Crimson Tide, led by sophomore quarterback Bryce Young, extended its winning streak over the Volunteers to a series-long 15 games.
