Lady Antebellum brought a little bit of throwback funky soul to the 2017 ACM Awards on Sunday night (April 2), giving a retro-hip performance of their new single, "You Look Good."

The hit-making trio took the stage for a very confident, loose performance of the song, with finds them working with a full horn section that could have been from the Shaft soundtrack in the '70s. In fact, they took a brief musical detour to quote from Bill Withers' "Use Me" from 1972.

The trio were dressed in flashy throwback threads, too, with Charles Kelley in a gray suit with a big open collar and Hillary Scott in an eye-catchingly colorful dress, while Dave Haywood sported a red shirt and guitar. The performance brought the audience to its feet to dance and earned a huge ovation.

The song is the first we've heard of the group's upcoming album, Heart Break, which is set for release in June.

The album is the group's first since coming back together after taking much of 2016 off to focus on solo work.

Lady Antebellum will also hit the road beginning May 26 in Bakersfield, Calif. Kelsea Ballerini and Brett Young will join them on the road for the summer tour. In addition to a number of U.S. cities, the tour is set to play in Europe and even South Africa, where Lady A will be performing for the first time. Lady A will make a special tour stop when they perform at WE Fest 2017 in August.
