Lady A, one of country music's premiere acts, is coming to the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater later this year as Red Mountain Entertainment and the city work together to bring a full slate of shows to the venue this summer.

The trio will bring their "What a Song Can Do" tour to Tuscaloosa on August 28th, and tickets to the show will go on sale next Friday, May 28th, at 10 a.m. at ticketmaster.com and the Amphitheater's box office.

Joining Lady A in August will be singer songwriter Carly Pearce and country pop singer Niko Moon.

The announcement comes a month after the trio released "Like a Lady," one of many songs they wrote and recorded while the COVID-19 pandemic prevented them from touring.

The just-confirmed concert adds to a summer lineup at the Amphitheater that already includes appearances from country superstars Jon Pardi and Brad Paisley as well as the legendary ZZ Top.

The still-evolving battle with COVID-19 has meant differing rules for each act announced so far. For the Pardi show in June, the Amphitheater will limit capacity and sell tickets in small groups called "pods" instead of individually. The ZZ Top concert, announced last week and set to take place in late July, will not be socially distanced.
