The release states student attendees will have the choice to explore classes where current students will lead various activities to showcase what they are learning in their programs and allow attendees to try the skills themselves.

Parents and community members who attend will have the opportunity to learn about and apply to jobs available in West Alabama through the Career Connect program that will be provided by the Chamber of Commerce.

TCTA principal Richjetta Branch said she hopes people will attend the event to learn of the programs and opportunities available to all of Tuscaloosa.
