Face Covering Tutorial By The U.S. Surgeon General

The CDC is now recommending that Americans use some sort of face-covering when in public to help protect you from the coronavirus and to slow the spread.  Also, the CDC recommends “wearing cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain (e.g., grocery stores and pharmacies), especially in areas of significant community-based transmission.”

I really enjoy our U.S. Surgeon General, Dr. Jerome Adams, and how he delivers his messages.  He surprised me with his current video on how to make your own face covering.  And here is the best part, it is super easy!  I even made my very own from an old t-shirt.  I hope this helps you out just in case you can’t locate a mask or another type of face covering.
