Are you a local business owner with various needs and you wish you could partner with other entrepreneurs in the area to help both of your businesses? The City of Tuscaloosa has just what you need!

The City of Tuscaloosa is hosting a matchmaker event, in which businesses will be matched with other businesses, which could facilitate the services of the other. The event will take place Thursday, August 16 at the McDonald Hughes Community Center from 4 until 7 p.m.

Participants will be given one 6ft. table with cloth provided. In addition, if there is a need of power supply, it can be arranged if indicated.

A lunch and learn for the event will be held Friday, July 13 at The Gateway (2614 University Blvd E; Tuscaloosa, AL) from 12 noon until 1 p.m. Vendors will learn how to develop a capability statement, how to refine one's pitch, and what to expect at the matchmaker.

There is no fee to attend, but registration is vital.
