Baby Shepherd’s First Purchase

My wife and I announced a couple weeks ago that we have a new little one on the way. Just last week we found out we are expecting a little girl. She is due in March. 

We have been contemplating names since we found out. I think my wife wants to go ahead and settle on a name so she can start buying things with the baby's initials on it! This weekend,  I was talked into buying the first piece of furniture for the nursery. It's a 1920's chest of drawers painted, according to my wife, perfect for a little girls room.

We made this purchase at an antique store in Grove Hill, Alabama called the Ritzi Rooster. I have a feeling I will be part of many purchases from shops and stores with similar names as we draw near to March. The Ritzi Rooster was very proud of the little chest. If you know of anyone needing some part time help, I may be interested. (I'm not kidding)
