Yellowhammer Live Presents Legendary Songwriters Bo Roberts + Chris Newbury, Tonight

Yellowhammer Live kicks off their 2014-2015 season tonight with songwriters Bo Roberts and Chris Newbury! Showtime is 6pm on the deck at Yellowhammer Inn.

Bo Roberts has written numerous songs in his career including Kenny Chesney's "Ten With a Two" and songs performed by Hank Williams, Jr., Willie Nelson, Gene Watson, and others. Chris Newbury is not only the son of songwriting legend Mickey Newbury but a songwriter in his own right.

Both men perform on one stage in a setting known in Nashville as a "round" which presents the song in a stripped-down acoustic fashion to allow the listener to experience the story within the song.

Tonight and each month following, the show will be held on the back deck of the Yellowhammer Inn in NorthRiver. Check back here each month for the lineup and show details.
