Woods & Water $5,000 Shopping Spree Winner

We had a blast at Woods and Water Saturday. 175 people signed in for their chance to win a $5,000 shopping spree.

The weather was great except for a passing shower.  The crowd started showing up early. As folks signed in for the reverse drawing, Greg Thomas and Meg Summers from B101.7 and myself along with the awesome staff at Woods & Water were getting ready to award the $5,000 to one of our lucky listeners.

The drawing started at 3pm. As we made our way through the names, you could feel the nervousness in the contestants. It didn't take long to get to the top 10, then the top 5, and finally there were only two names left. Amber Forsythe and Rodney Clary. See the winners reaction below:
