Get ready for a breezy day in Tuscaloosa as a cold front makes its way across Alabama today. The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a Wind Advisory in effect from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. today. 

Sustained winds of 10 to 15 miles per hour are possible with higher wind gusts reaching speeds of up to 35 miles per hour. Winds this strong can knock down tree limbs and other weak trees.

The National Weather Service in Birmingham also urges drivers to use extra caution on roadways today, especially when driving high-profile vehicles.
