Less than 48 hours after the Alabama football team's season ended in the College Football Playoff, it's already time to start looking ahead to the team's next game.

The University of Alabama announced Wednesday that the 2017 A-Day game will take place on Saturday, April 22 inside Bryant-Denny Stadium. The annual football game marks the final day of spring practice every year for the Crimson Tide, and admission will once again be free to the public.

More information, including television coverage, kickoff time, and parking will be available at a later date.

The Crimson Tide should have another highly intriguing spring camp as the program looks to rebound from a last-second loss to Clemson in Tampa. A number of early enrollees, including five-star running back Najee Harris and four-star quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, will be competing with the returning players for playing time in 2017.
