What is in My Bathroom

I found this thing on the lying bathroom counter yesterday evening. It belongs to my wife. I didn't ask my wife what it was because I wanted to see if any guys have ever seen such a thing.

It looks like a half glove. I can't imagine what purpose it serves. I'm sure all girls know what it is so give the guys a chance to answer. Guys...What it this and what is if for!?
