Yesterday, I found the heavy, ceramic soap holder from our bathtub torn off. It was laying in the bathtub with sliver and shards remnants. My 6 year old son did it.  How?

These things are cemented to the wall, right? I asked him what happened. He said " I don't know, I just pulled on it."
