Justin Wood (aka. Just-a-Buck Justin) Was visibly excited this morning when he discovered a link on msn.com to an article titled "The 100 Best Foods You Could EVER Eat for Your Body". One reason was the second food on the list -Mini Fudge Bars.

I think everyone wants to eat healthy. Right?  It's a struggle for me. It seems to me most "Healty Food" doesn't taste all that great. This list make me happy though. There are a LOT of foods listed that I already like eating.

Avocados tops the list of healthy food. Guacamole anyone?!  Mini Fudge Bars comes in at number two. The word fudge and healthy aren't used together very often so this got my attention. Apparently, you can make them out of coconut milk and minus the sugar.

Water with real lemon juice also made the list. It's supposed keep your ph level in check. I like it so why not? They say to drink a big glass when you wake up in the morning.

I've never grilled a watermelon, but MSN says it is full of fiber, protein and of course, water. They say to top it with a bit of feta cheese.
