West Alabama State Fair Opens Today!

The 2016 West Alabama State Fair begins this evening at Sokol Park in Northport. With carnival rides, entertainment, a petting zoo, rodeo performance and more, the fair is sure to provide a good time and family fun for everyone of every age.  For the event list and new additions to this year's fair, click here. The fair opens Wednesday, October 19th and runs through Sunday, October 23rd. Admission is $5, donations only for parking. Here are the hours for this week's big fun:

October 19, Wednesday: Open: 5 pm, Close: 10 pm

October 20, Thursday: Open: 5 pm, Close: 10 pm

October 21, Friday: Open: 5 pm, Close: TBA

October 22, Saturday, Open: 1 pm, Close: TBA

October 23, Sunday: Open: 2 pm, Close:  8 p.m.
