After dozens of creative submissions to help name Madison & Shepherd's friend Stevie name his Alabama houseboat, the list has been whittled and now it's time to vote.

The reason behind the need of naming your boat is more about folklore and appeasing the 'sea gods'.

Naming your vessel is no joke and ship names can vary from region to region. But those in the boat naming business agree naming your boat after a body of water or a storm (like a hurricane) is not recommended.
