Update: Rain Quickly Changing to Snow Across Alabama

Winter weather threats across the area will not quite. We are seeing rainfall quickly changing to Snow in Alabama and this push is headed towards Tuscaloosa.

Our roller coaster ride of wintry precipitation continues. The mix bag of rain, sleet, and snow as the temperature hovers around the freezing mark. We're here to keep you informed with up the minute technology which shows the rain/snow line, current temperature and forecast updates.

Have you seen our live radar map?  It gives you the control to zoom in to your neighborhood and out to area.  Captured below at 3:45pm, we are seeing colder air push into Alabama which is changing rain to snow in areas north and east of Tuscaloosa. This surge of colder air will continue to move towards Tuscaloosa which will give us a rain and snow mix.
