UA Programs Host Free Summer Camp Expo

Looking for something for your children to do this summer? You're in luck! The University of Alabama will host its 5th Annual Summer Camp & Childcare Expo this Friday, April 1.

At Presidential Park on Campus Drive West (next to Publix) from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., the UA’s Graduate School, Graduate Parent Support and the College of Community Health Sciences’ department of restaurant, hotel and meetings management students will give parents and children the chance to gain in-depth knowledge about summer camps and childcare programs including arts, music, athletics and education.

Included in this free event will be fun activities for children, exhibitors, free play Legos, coloring sheets, hands-on fossils, and more. For more information, email summercampexpo@ua.edu.
