This is the 22 Kill Push-Up Challenge, UA Gymnastics Coach, Dana Duckworth is doing it in order to raise awareness for veteran suicide. Every day, an average of 22 veterans take their own lives in the U.S. "We cannot stand by and let this go on" She posted on Facebook. It's day 5 for Coach Dana Duckworth. "I'm getting slower and sore but I will finish the mission."

Coach goes on to say:

I have a motivating gymnast, Senior, Mary Lillian Sanders! She is OCS training for the Marine Core and leaves again on July 3rd! [and] In order to raise awareness for this issue, every day, for 22 days straight, I will be doing 22 push-ups, recording, posting it here on Facebook, and nominating a friend to take on the challenge themselves in order to raise awareness and spread the word.

You can accept the challenge then nominate someone to join you!

The rules are as follows:

* Once you are nominated, your 22 days starts the following day
* Every day you record yourself doing 22 push-ups, try your best to reach 22. If that means doing assisted (from your knees) push-ups or that you have to stop and take a break that's fine but try to get them all done in one video
* Every day you must nominate a different person. Try to choose people you think will want to do this and/or have the ability to do it.
*Consider donating to one of the many organizations who help support our veterans.
* Finally, have fun with this. Get creative. This is fun way to get the word out about a matter that more people need to be aware of. Use these hashtags on social media:
