Tuscaloosa mom and TV reality star Anna Arsenault is back at it again but this time she isn't taking on Steve Austin's Broken Skull Challenge or doing a Spartan Race.

This time Arsenault, also know to many as MomStrong, is getting her four children involved and will be executing a burpee marathon to raise money and awareness for Angel’s Hope, a local not-for-profit started by friends and family of Angel Eaton earlier this year to help keep Angel's dream alive and provide much needed moments of celebration for kids living with cancer.

First off, what is a burpee? Here's the breakdown: start in a standing position, drop your hands to the floor and kick your feet back so that you are in push-up position. Then throw your feet back up between your hands and finish by jumping once with your arms in the air. Repeat.

MomStrong and her children will be outside of Wagner's RunWalk in Midtown Village this Saturday from 10 am-2 pm doing a lot of burpees and accepting donations! The public is encouraged to donate and join them in their burpee challenge.
