There will be five water stations, three of which will include Gatorade along the half marathon course. Powerade and water will also be available at the post race party. Unfortunately, the Tuscaloosa Half Marathon will be unable to provide any GU stations. Each water station will also be equipped with medical.

Dropping out of the Race:
If you need to drop out of the race for any reason, please report to the nearest medical station on the course to let them know that you will not be completing the race. If needed, the tail vehicle will bring you back to the Finish Line where you can meet your family and friends and pick up your gear bag.

Post Race Party:
Once you have crossed the finish line, the celebration begins! We do ask that as each participant crosses, they continue throughout the bowl of the amphitheater to not cause congestion. Here you will receive Dasani water, Powerade, Bananas, Oranges, a variety of granola bars, Jim ‘N Nick’s Bar-B-Que, one Michelob Ultra (for those 21 & over) and your finisher’s medal. Stay around and enjoy entertainment from Tuscaloosa’s own Shiny Machine and commentating from hosts of Madison & Shepherd in the Morning on 95.3 the Bear, as well as our awards ceremony, which is set to begin at 11 am. We may even have a few door prizes, so stick around!

Spectator Tips:
We suggest that spectators travel by foot as much as possible to see their runner at different locations throughout the course. After saying “good luck” to your runner at the start, here are some suggested spectating areas:
- Central High School
- University Place Elementary
- Forrest Lake Neighborhood
- Alberta Elementary
- Alberta Baptist
- Leland Shopping Center Parking Area
- Helen Keller Blvd.
- Tuscaloosa Riverwalk

Official Race Results:
Official Race Results will be posted at the amphitheater after the first 20-25 participants finish, and will continue to be updated frequently.
