City of Tuscaloosa Mayor Walter Maddox and Auburn Mayor Bill Ham Jr. will continue their tradition of an Iron Bowl wager to benefit local charities.

The two mayors have agreed that if the Alabama Crimson Tide wins, Ham will make a $100 donation to the Tuscaloosa Pre-K Initiative and if the Auburn Tigers prevail, Maddox will make a $100 donation to the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Lee County.

Last year, Ham made a $100 donation to the Tuscaloosa Pre-K Initiative following the Alabama win.

"Over the last 10 years, our wager has grown from barbecue to charitable donations," Maddox said. "I’m proud that we evolved this friendly bet into something that helps charities close to our hearts."

This will be the 80th meeting between the Tide and the Tigers as they kickoff in Auburn on Saturday, Nov. 28.
