‘Tips for Tuscaloosa’ Songwriter’s Concert Tonight
The monthly ‘Tips for Tuscaloosa’ songwriter’s concert will be back at Billy’s Sports Grill in Northport tonight benefiting Humane Society of West Alabama!
If you’ve not stopped by before, the night will feature local and Nashville based singer/songwriters in what is known as a “round”. Singing their songs, telling stories and musically accompanying each other.
The lineup this month will feature sets by 2014 Pepsi Southern Original contest winner Rachel Lipsky, Megan Mcmillan, Robert Daniels, Sean Gasaway, JP Miller and more!
The Humane Society of West Alabama is our region's first and longest-running no-kill, all volunteer, 501(c)3 nonprofit animal rescue organization. They receive no assistance, monetary or otherwise, from any government agency or national organization. Visit their website for more info.
If you’re a songwriter interested in playing, there will be an open mic portion, so you’ll need to arrive by 5:30pm to sign up.
- Show starts at 6pm at Billy’s Sports Grill in downtown Northport
- There is a suggested $20 cover at the door, but that is not required by any means
