‘Tips for Tuscaloosa’ Songwriter’s Concert at Billy’s Sports Grill Tonight

Billy’s Sports Grill is hosting the ‘Tips for Tuscaloosa’ songwriter’s concert tonight to benefit Miracle League of Tuscaloosa.

This monthly event features local and Nashville based singer/songwriters in what is known as a “round”. Singing their songs, telling stories and musically accompanying each other.

March’s ‘Tips for Tuscaloosa will feature performances from organizer Hope Cassity as well as Victoria Camp, Tori Wilson, Darren Camp, Tabitha Cooley, Megan McMillan, Robert Daniels, JP Miller, Kat Taylor, Cody Lee Tilley, and more!

Tips for the night will go entirely to Miracle League of Tuscaloosa. Miracle League provides children and adults with mental and physical challenges an opportunity to play the great American sport of baseball. No longer does anyone have to sit on the sidelines and watch. Their field at Sokol Park North opened on June 5th, 2010. Since then, they've given over 100 children and adults the chance to play organized baseball. Stop by and watch the show tonight and learn more about what they do.

If you’re a songwriter and interested in playing tonight, there will be an open mic portion, so you’ll need to arrive by 5:30pm to sign up.

There is a suggested $20 cover at the door, but that is not required by any means.
