In any race, your  physical condition plays an important role. Your mental condition is also just as important. As you prepare to take on giant inflatables this Saturday, keep these tips in mind.

Get enough sleep! Your body can't preform at it's best without proper sleep! Rest well Friday night!

Food! You get out what you put in. make it a point to drink plenty of water the rest of this week and early Saturday morning. Be Hydrated! Eat foods with slow release carbs. Keep your protein and fat and fiber consumption low.

Stretch! As you prepare for your wave at the Insane Inflatable 5k, do your stretching! This will help you avoid muscle cramps and warm muscles just work better

Go at your own pace. Don't over do it and have fun! This is going to be a crazy fun race with over 3000 registered runners!
