This Unusual Antique is the Coolest Thing You’ll See Today

Kimberly brought in something unusual this morning. It was an antique that belonged to her Great-Grandmother. A wooden apple with circular cuts. It's the coolest thing I have seen in a while. Kimberly didn't know what exactly its purpose was so we started trying to figure it out. After a few minutes, we realized it was a bowl built into its own stand  and we assume it was used as a fruit holder.  Have you ever seen anything like this? Was this homemade or come from a store?
