The Steve Shannon Morning Show Delivers Baumhower’s Brunch to Nucor Steel [VIDEO]

The Steve Shannon Morning Show is hooking up West Alabama workers with brunch from Baumhower's, and the crew at Nucor Steel in T-Town received our first delivery Friday!

Steve and I rolled up to Nucor Steel Friday after the show. We selected Kalea Brown to win our very first delivery; she sent us the coolest email:

"Good Morning,

We work in the accounting office (10 of us including the Controller) at Nucor Steel Tuscaloosa. Once a month for a week, we have to close the books for the month.  So we are working diligently to get the books closed for the deadline. By Friday we are worn out from the long work hours for the week so a nice brunch from Baumhower’s would be a great surprise for us. We look forward to listening to the Steve Shannon Show every morning. I personally have been listening to Steve Shannon since he was first in Tuscaloosa many years ago. Meg Summers is also a refreshing addition to the show.

Our office is so much fun. During football season, we have a tailgate every Friday. We all bring food and eat all day. So right now, a nice brunch from Baumhower’s would make us feel like we were having a tailgate.

We were so happy to bring brunch to the Nucor crew. Not only did we get to meet Kalea and her co-workers, but Reed Norris hooked us up with some cool Nucor gear and told us about the incredible work they do at Nucor. Did you know Nucor is the largest recylcer in the western hemisphere? Talk about having your mind blown!
