The history of bacon dates back to 1500 BC, making it one of the oldest cuts of meat. Here in the U.S. more than 2 billion pounds of bacon is produced each year. Heck, we love it so much here at the station that we even hold a yearly beer and food festival called Bacon, Brew & Que with a huge spotlight being shown on bacon inspired dishes!
