Spring Break

It's not as violent as it looks... most of the time.

Over 75 people from the great state of Alabama were arrested in Panama City Beach this past weekend. 25-30 of them from West Alabama. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME. A few idiots in Panama City can mess it up for every single visitor.

On Tuesday afternoon, Spades Restaurant & Lounge hosted a community day with free food, free haircuts, and activities for Tuscaloosa's youth.

Two large Great White Sharks have been tracked swimming in the waters off Alabama's Gulf Coast.

It's Spring Break in Tuscaloosa, and hundreds of students and families have flocked to the beach for a week of fun and sun--and the rest of us are stuck here with work and all the other things that make adulting the worst.

The University of Alabama's Spring Break is here, and thousands of students are making their way to the beach or other exciting locations. Spring Break is always awesome--unless you can't afford to have fun.

The Police Department in Gulf Shores, Alabama has a clear message for Spring Breakers: leave the drama at home.

So, where do the cool kids go for Spring Break? It's been a while since Spring Break meant more to me than any other week of the year. I do remember however, being in high school and college and planning weeks ahead for this 'vacation'. We swapped from Panama City Beach to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.  Are those still the places kids these days book condo's and hotel rooms for?
