Dega Jam, the music festival that was to feature headliners Eric Church, Blake Shelton, Kid Rock, Toby Keith, and Hank Jr. at Talladega Superspeedway has been cancelled.

The Alabama Tourism Department has named Dega Jam the 2016 Event of the Year and the GulfQuest National Maritime Museum the Attraction of the Year.
