When hundreds of thousands of gallons of raw sewage get spilled into local waterways, the public has a right to know. Black Warrior Riverkeeper is seeking to change the way we're notified after a sewage spill, the local environmental advocacy agency wants us to get information in a more reliable and timely manner.
