The Tuscaloosa City Schools will host a Summer Food Service Program at six sites this summer. The program is open to all students.

Lat year, summer meals helped provide food to 59% of children in the state who would normally eat at school during the school year.

The program at Paul W. Bryant High School and University Place Elementary School will run from June 6 – July 1, 2016. The programs at Central High School, Martin Luther King, Jr. Elementary School, Oak Hill School and Westlawn Middle School will run Monday-Friday June 6 – August 2, 2016.  However, no meals will be offered at Central High July 12-14.

The free meals will be offered for children 18 years of age and under as follows:

  • Breakfast 7:30 a.m. until 8:30 a.m.
  • Lunch 10:45 a.m. until 1 p.m.
  • Central High and Paul W. Bryant High Schools Lunch 10:45 a.m. until 3 p.m.
