Stoner Arrested For Being Stoned On 4/20 In Tuscaloosa

A Tuscaloosa man was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana on pot's biggest day of the year and you won't believe what his last name is.

ABC3340 reports that the Tuscaloosa County jail records indicate 4/20 ended on a low note for Nicholas David Stoner.

Stoner was also charged with unlawful possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and is being held in the county jail on bonds totaling $12,500.
