Spotz Is Monk’s Friend and Also This Week’s Pet of the Week

Each week 95.3 The Bear teams up with the Alabama Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ALSPCA) to try and find homes for dogs & cats in our area.

This week is a hard one for me. I met Spotz about a year ago at one of our Pooches on the Porch events and we bonded. I immediately wanted to pack him up in the car and take him home but already have a house full of pets and don't think Spotz may get the attention he deserves as the "fifth" animal. Each time we see each other I start the mental line of discussion with myself on how I can make it work.

Spotz is an absolutely adorable bird dog mix and one of the coolest animals I have ever met. I've seen him interact with other dogs, children and people and he never meets a stranger. This boy is extremely loving and deserves a great home!

Just know, if you adopt him, I may have to come to your house and see him! Seriously!
