While driving down Union Chapel road last week, I noticed an interesting bush/tree/shrub/weed growing on the side of the road where Martin road merges. I'm always on the lookout for something interesting created by nature to decorate my home with and I mean to have this tree.

Unfortunately, because the tree is right in the middle of two homes and close enough to the road to be part of the state right of way, I'm not sure which avenue I should take.

1. Is my tree poisonous or could touching it result in multiple applications of Resinol or Gold Bond anti-itch creme?

2. Should I approach each home owner and to ask permission to cut it down?

3. Should I assume they won't care since the tree is growing in the middle of a small jungle?

4. Does anyone know who owns the land that borders the intersection at Union Chapel and Martin road?

5. Should I dress in head-to-toe black, stick a hacksaw in my purse, secure a get-away driver and abscond with my treasure at dusk to limit the risk of being recognized?
