Sheryl Crow dosed the 2013 'CMA Country Christmas' special on Dec. 2 with some countrified soul, thanks to her groovin' rendition of 'Merry Christmas Baby.'

Strumming a sparkly, red, white and blue guitar, the singer -- who has pretty much fully transitioned from pop to country -- turned up the heat with her smoky voice and playing. Baby, it may be cold outside but if anyone cranked the heat with a performance on Monday, it was undoubtedly Crow.

Plus, what's sexier than a girl with a guitar?

There was a real lived-in quality to her version of the song. It was festive, fun holiday anthem with a soulful twang, and Crow's overall presentation at the country Christmas special was party-ready. She can play our office or family holiday gathering any day of the week!
