The National Weather Service in Birmingham has placed much of our listening area under a 'limited' risk for tomorrow. There's a chance for damaging winds and tornadoes.

The weekend brings a greater risk for severe weather; the National Weather Service currently forecasts severe storms Saturday and Sunday. Tuscaloosa and much of West Alabama has been placed in the 'elevated' risk area, meaning the NWS has greater confidence in our being impacted by these severe storms.
