The unofficial start of college football arrives with the controlled chaos of SEC Media Days next week in Hoover, Alabama. While we know all 14 coaches will be in attendance, now we know which players will represent The University of Alabama.

Senior wide receiver Christion Jones, junior star Amari Cooper, and junior safety Landon Collins have been chosen for the annual kickoff event. Prior to this year, it had been 2001 (Freddie Milons) since a Bama player from that position was sent to media days. These selections should tell you how highly this team thinks of its wide receivers.

Alabama won't take the podium until the final day of SEC Media Days. The Crimson Tide is penciled into the Thursday's Session II, which will run from Noon-3PM CT. Fans and media will have the opportunity to hear from head coach Nick Saban and each player. Tide 99.1 will be on hand for all four days and will be broadcasting live from radio row.

Take a look at the full list of players scheduled for SEC Media Days.
